I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location by the lake is stunning, and the staff, despite their limited English, were quite friendly. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, and the outdated furnishings and lack of proper bed linens were disappointing. Additionally, I had issues at checkout due to billing errors, which further affected my stay.
